Getting started is easy! Simply book an initial discovery call with us, and we’ll discuss your website business needs, goals, and how we can help.
How do we communicate?
We are not a fan of hour long meetings that go round in circles so other than our initial 15 minute intro call, all communications happens in one place – WhatsApp!
No more missing emails or checking 7 different platforms for communication. When our team take on your project, they will be fully informed with the latest information as will you.
All team members either currently live or have lived in Guernsey or the UK, their first language is English.
Do you accept credit/debit cards?
We understand the benefits and convenience of paying via credit/debit card. We are able to accept the initial deposit or a single upfront payment via this method, however for payment in instalments and for any future work, we only accept payment via Direct Debit or bank transfer. This is simply to reduce costs and keep our pricing as competitive as possible.
You are fully protected when paying via Direct Debit by the Direct Debit Guarantee and you’ll always be notified in advance by email when a payment is due to process. If there are any problems or queries, please submit a support ticket and we can cancel or adjust the payment for you.
Are there any contracts?
Nope, We keep things simple. You sign up when you need us & you may cancel whenever you want by telling us you want to cancel via WhatsApp.
How fast will I receive my completed website?
Most Websites can be completed within 15 working days, Time frames may vary depending on the complexity of the request. Rest assured, you’ll be well-informed about the time frame for your masterpiece! We’re committed to delivering perfection, one byte at a time.
Can I edit my website after it’s live?
They beauty of our service is that YOU don’t have to! We do it for you, so you won’t need to worry about learning new tools. Just let us know what you want changing via WhatsApp and within 24 hours it will be changed. This keeps the process simple and hassle-free for as long as you host your website with us.
Do you provide website hosting, domain and email registration?
Yes, yes & yes – As well as website maintenance, we offer website hosting and domain registration services to simplify the process of launching and maintaining your website.
All updates to your website are included as they can be submitted as a request.
